.. My name is Bob and I have been playing for about 25 years now. I started out as a singer in my first band, but the bass player we had didn’t like the direction we were heading (and the bass he was using was mine). Since I owned the bass, I was elected to play it. I have played in many original bands in the mid 80″s-90’s, Shakedown, Drifter, Andy kelli and The Big Bang,Little Voices and then I switched to the cover circuit. Some bands included Jane Doe, Shimmer, Knockout, Grammas Pajamas,Nightlife,West Fountain and most recently 31 Spline AKA Smashbox. I also worked with The Martini Brothers band doing fill in work. I grew up listening to Steve Harris, Geddy Lee and all the other hair bands. I admit, I like Winger too!! Now I have gone back to my roots, Earth Wind and Fire, Tower of Power, Larry Graham, most 70’s R&B stuff. I also like some of the newer stuff out now. As of recently I have been a bass for hire,but now I am with Rhode Island’s hardest working party band, 5 FLAVOR DISCOUNT! STAY TUNED!!
